Livery-Link (“the App”) is designed for livery yards, stables and equestrian clients to manage yard information and horse records. This Privacy Policy explains how your data is collected, used, stored, and protected.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
Horse Photos (Optional)
Users can optionally upload or take a photo of their horse.
These photos are stored in secure cloud storage and linked only to the specific yard account.
Company Logos
Livery businesses may upload a logo during onboarding.
Account Information
Name
Email address
Yard/business details (if you are a yard owner)
We do not collect:
Personal financial information
Sensitive personal data
Government IDs
2. How Your Data Is Stored
Horse photos and company logos are stored in cloud storage in two secure locations:
horse-photos bucket (horse images)
company-logos bucket (business logos)
These files are stored using industry-standard cloud storage, and each file has a unique URL.
Although the buckets are publicly accessible by URL, they are not searchable and cannot be accessed without knowing the specific file’s URL.
All other data (horse details, client information, yard details, etc.) is stored securely in our database.
3. How Your Data Is Used
We use your data only to provide the features of the app, including:
Displaying your horse’s image inside your yard’s account
Identifying a yard through its logo
Managing the livery yard’s internal information
We do not:
Sell your data
Share your data with advertisers
Track you across other apps
4. How You Can Delete Your Data
You may delete your uploaded photos or account information at any time:
Clients
Delete horse photos from the horse’s profile
Request full data deletion via email: pmort77@gmail.com
Yard Owners
Delete company logos in profile settings
Request full account deletion at any time
Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove all associated data, including cloud-stored images, within 30 days.
5. Permissions the App Uses
Camera Access (Optional)
Used only to allow you to take a horse photo.
Photos never leave your yard’s account unless you upload them.
Photo Library Access (Optional)
Used only when selecting an image from your gallery.
The app will not access your camera or photo library without your permission.
6. Children’s Privacy
This app is not intended for children under 13.
No features target children, and no sensitive child data is collected.
7. Legal Basis Under GDPR
For users in the UK/EU:
We process data under the following legal bases:
Performance of Contract — to provide the app services to you
Consent — for optional uploading of images
Legitimate Interest — to maintain secure functioning of the app
You have the right to:
Access your data
Request deletion
Correct your information
Withdraw consent for optional photo uploads

8. Security
We use industry-standard security practices, including:
Secure cloud storage

Access-limited database systems
